When should I book a milestone session?
Book 4–8 weeks ahead when possible. Sitting milestones are usually photographed around 6–9 months, and cake smashes are best reserved 6–8 weeks before the first birthday.
Is the cake included?
The cake is not included, which lets you choose a bakery and design that fits your child and any allergy needs. I will help you plan colors and styling.
What does a cake smash session include?
Depending on your collection, we can begin with clean portraits before moving into the cake-smash setup. Family portraits may be available with select collections.
What if my baby does not like the cake?
That happens more often than you might think. We follow your baby’s lead and focus on expressions, movement, and personality—the story is still wonderful even without a big smash.
When are milestone sessions scheduled?
Sessions are planned around your child’s best time of day whenever possible. Cake smashes should take place 2–4 weeks before the birthday if you want images ready for invitations or décor.
