When should I book my maternity session?
Reach out during your second trimester—or as soon as you know you want a session. Fall evenings and weekends fill especially quickly. Last-minute openings sometimes happen, so it is always worth asking.
When is the best time for maternity photographs?
Most maternity sessions take place around 28–34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully defined and you are still comfortable enough to move and pose. We’ll choose timing based on your pregnancy, your comfort, and the look you want.
What if my pregnancy timeline changes?
Your comfort comes first. If health, weather, or your baby’s arrival changes the plan, contact me as soon as you can and we’ll discuss the safest, most practical next step for your session.
Should I choose a studio or outdoor session?
Studio sessions offer a simple, polished setting with privacy and predictable light. Outdoor sessions bring movement, scenery, and golden-hour color. I’ll help you choose the option that best fits your vision, season, and comfort.
How long does a maternity session take?

What should I wear for maternity photographs?
Choose something that lets you move comfortably and makes you feel confident. Soft neutrals, rich earth tones, texture, and flowing fabrics photograph beautifully. Studio access and maternity gown use are available upon request, and I’ll help you plan.
